The Role: Pure Project Management

We’re not looking for a hybrid engineer or a part-time developer. We need a pure-play Project Manager who owns the room, keeps complex deliveries on track, and bridge the gap between commercial promises and engineering execution.

What you'll actually do

• Own the Delivery: Take end-to-end responsibility for planning, executing, and shipping projects across Europe on time and within scope.

• Lead the Team: Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (Solution Architects, System Engineers, and external stakeholders) to get things done without micromanagement.

• Manage the Commercials: Keep a sharp eye on project budgets, resource utilization, and overall project profitability.

• Bridge Sales & Success: Partner with Sales on pre-sales estimates and project plans, then ensure a flawless handover to Customer Success and Support once live.

• Mitigate Risks: Proactively spot bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and fix risks before they impact the client or the budget.

• Refine the Playbook: Apply our delivery and risk frameworks, while actively finding ways to streamline and improve our methodologies as we scale.

What we're looking for

• Pure PM Experience: At least 2 years of professional project management experience driving software deliveries using modern PM tools.

• Commercial Acumen: Hands-on experience with project budgets, resource allocation, and P&L responsibility.

• Tech-Fluent: You don't write the code, but you have a strong technical understanding of software technology and can talk credibly with architects, engineers, and tech-savvy clients.

• Clear Communicator: Fluent in English with the ability to manage client expectations, navigate tough conversations, and keep internal teams aligned.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. (PM certifications are a nice bonus, but your track record is what matters).
